The Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA)wishes Joseph (King Kong) Agbeko who is a two time IBF world Batamweight champion the best of luck in his unexpected upcoming WBO Interim bout against British boxer,Paul Butler.

Paul Butler(35-2-15kos) was originally billed to fight against John Riel Casimero for the WBO world Batamweight title at the Cola Cola Arena in Dubai but Casimero got disqualified for overweight and health complications.

Joseph Agbeko (43-5-28kos) was immediately offered the opportunity to replace Casimero and tipped the scale at 117.8(53.40kg)to make weight for an interim WBO bout against the Champion,Paul Butler.

The GBA has been monitoring events in Dubai and have no doubt in your ability to use this rare opportunity to reestablish yourself as a credible world beater who has been a world champion twice.

The GBA is buoyed up with confidence that Joseph Agbeko will successful utilise his experience and flamboyance over his opponent to win this fight regardless.
