GBA EXPRESSES CONDOLENCES TO BSA FOR THE DEMISE OF THEIR BOXER SIMISO BUTHELEZI:

On behalf of the Executive Board Members of Ghana Boxing Authority(GBA),the entire members of boxing fraternity in Ghana and good people of Ghana,I will like to express my deepest sympathy and condolences to you and your board members at Boxing South Africa (BSA)and the bereaved family of the late boxer,Simiso Buthelezi.

You have our deepest sympathy and unwavering support in this crucial time.

Wishing you and the good people of South Africa peace,tranquility,love and harmony at this difficult time.

Africa boxing is seriously bereaved because we have lost one of the finest young up and coming world title prospects who was also an excellent personality inside and outside the ring.

This coming Saturday June 11, when the De-luxy Profesaional Boxing league enters week 6 at the Bukom Boxing Arena, the GBA will observe a minute silence to pay a special homage to our late boxer Simiso Buthelezi.

Let me seize the opportunity to commend you Mr.Erick Nsikayewe,acting CEO of Boxing South Africa(BSA)for your excellent leadership and also for establishing an independent medical review team to conduct a review of injury suffered by Buthelezi.
